Ingredients
  

Zucchini Noodles
  • 4 medium zucchini spiralized
Chicken
  • 1 pound chicken breast diced
Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons parsley chopped

Method
 

Cook Chicken
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the diced chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Prepare Alfredo Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Combine Ingredients
  1. Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet along with the zucchini noodles. Toss everything together until the noodles are coated in the sauce and heated through, about 3-5 minutes.
Serve
  1. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes
