Cook Chicken
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the diced chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Prepare Alfredo Sauce
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Combine Ingredients
- Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet along with the zucchini noodles. Toss everything together until the noodles are coated in the sauce and heated through, about 3-5 minutes.
Serve
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
