Prepare the Rice

- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until shrimp are pink and opaque. Remove from heat.

- In a mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lime juice, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, and salt until smooth.
Assemble the Bowls
- In serving bowls, layer the cilantro lime rice, followed by the cooked shrimp, sliced avocado, and drizzle with cilantro lime sauce.
- Garnish with additional cilantro if desired and serve immediately.
