Method
Prepare the Cookie Dough

Assemble the Cookies
- Scoop a tablespoon of cookie dough and flatten it slightly on a baking sheet.
- Place a teaspoon of cheesecake filling in the center, then cover with another tablespoon of cookie dough.
- Repeat with remaining dough and filling, spacing cookies about 2 inches apart.
Bake the Cookies
