Fruit Sorbet
  • 2 cups frozen fruit such as mango or berries
  • 1/4 cup coconut water
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
Avocado Chocolate Mousse
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

Coconut Milk Ice Cream
  1. Blend coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
Chia Seed Pudding
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
  2. Whisk well and let sit for 10 minutes, then whisk again to prevent clumping.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.
Fruit Sorbet
  1. In a blender, combine frozen fruit, coconut water, and lime juice.
