Method
Prepare the Marinade
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, lime juice, and sesame oil.
Marinate the Salmon
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat the Grill

Grill the Salmon
- Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on the grill. Grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Serve
- Remove the salmon from the grill and garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
