Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 4 fillets salmon fillets skin-on preferred
Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce store-bought or homemade
Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium recommended
Garlic
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil for flavor
Green Onions
  • 2 tablespoons green onions chopped for garnish
Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, lime juice, and sesame oil.
Marinate the Salmon
  1. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat the Grill
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the Salmon
  1. Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on the grill. Grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Serve
  1. Remove the salmon from the grill and garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
