Ingredients
  

Flatbread Base
  • 2 pieces Flatbread Store-bought or homemade
Spinach-Artichoke Mixture
  • 1 cup Frozen Spinach Thawed and drained
  • 1 cup Canned Artichoke Hearts Drained and chopped
  • 1 cup Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes Optional for heat

Method
 

Prepare the Oven
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix the Ingredients
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the thawed spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
Assemble the Flatbreads
  1. Spread the spinach-artichoke mixture evenly over each piece of flatbread.
Bake
  1. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then cut into slices and serve warm.
