Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 1 cup rolled oats old-fashioned
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder or chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips dairy-free if desired
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows or chopped marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers for added crunch

Method
 

Mix Ingredients
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, and protein powder. Stir until well combined.
  2. Fold in mini chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers until evenly distributed.
Form Bites
  1. Using your hands, scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls.
  2. Place the protein bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Chill
  1. Refrigerate the protein bites for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  2. Once set, enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
