- Prepare the ingredients by peeling and cubing the sweet potatoes and mincing the garlic.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the sausage until browned.
- Add cubed sweet potatoes to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Pour over sausage and sweet potatoes.
- Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes until sweet potatoes are tender.
- Serve and garnish with chopped parsley.
