Method
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Prepare the mini muffin pan with non-stick spray.
- Melt the butter and mix with brown sugar, light Karo syrup, eggs, and salt. Fold in the pecans.
- Unroll the puff pastry and cut into 24 squares.
- Press each square into the muffin pan and fill with the pecan mixture.
- Bake for about 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before removing from the pan.
