Puff Pastry Pecan Pie Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package puff pastry
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/8 cup light Karo Syrup
  • 2 large eggs

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Prepare the mini muffin pan with non-stick spray.
  3. Melt the butter and mix with brown sugar, light Karo syrup, eggs, and salt. Fold in the pecans.
  4. Unroll the puff pastry and cut into 24 squares.
  5. Press each square into the muffin pan and fill with the pecan mixture.
  6. Bake for about 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool slightly before removing from the pan.
