Stir in the shredded mozzarella cheese, most of the mini turkey pepperoni slices, grated parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Scatter the saved turkey pepperoni slices over the top.
Bake for about 30-35 minutes until set and golden brown on top.
Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serve warm with marinara sauce.
