Peach Strawberry Cherry Summer Sangria

Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 1 cup Peaches sliced
  • 1 cup Strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup Cherries pitted and halved
Liquids
  • 1 bottle White Wine such as Sauvignon Blanc
  • 1 cup Sparkling Water or club soda
  • 1 cup Orange Juice freshly squeezed
Sweeteners
  • 2 tablespoons Agave Syrup or honey, adjust to taste
Garnish
  • 1 sprig Mint for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Fruits
  1. Slice the peaches and strawberries, and pit and halve the cherries.
  2. Combine all the prepared fruits in a large pitcher.
Mix the Sangria
  1. Pour the white wine and orange juice over the fruits in the pitcher.
  2. Add the agave syrup and stir gently to combine.
  3. Let the mixture chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve
  1. Just before serving, add the sparkling water to the pitcher and stir gently.
  2. Serve in glasses over ice and garnish with a sprig of mint.

Notes

For a stronger flavor, let the sangria sit longer in the fridge. You can also add other fruits like oranges or lemons for extra zest.
