Method
Prepare the Fruits
- Slice the peaches and strawberries, and pit and halve the cherries.
- Combine all the prepared fruits in a large pitcher.
Mix the Sangria
- Pour the white wine and orange juice over the fruits in the pitcher.
- Add the agave syrup and stir gently to combine.
- Let the mixture chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve
- Just before serving, add the sparkling water to the pitcher and stir gently.
- Serve in glasses over ice and garnish with a sprig of mint.

For a stronger flavor, let the sangria sit longer in the fridge. You can also add other fruits like oranges or lemons for extra zest.
