Prepare the Orange Sauce
- In a small saucepan, combine orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch. Whisk until smooth.
- Heat over medium heat until the mixture thickens, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
Cook the Salmon
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
- Carefully flip the salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
Combine and Serve
- Pour the orange sauce over the salmon in the skillet and let it simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
