Cook Chicken Sausage
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Add Orzo and Broth
- Stir in the orzo, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Cook Orzo
- Reduce heat to a simmer, cover, and cook for about 10 minutes or until the orzo is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.
Add Broccoli
- Stir in the broccoli florets, cover, and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the broccoli is tender.
Serve
- Remove from heat, fluff with a fork, and serve warm.
