  • 1/2 cup protein powder vanilla or unflavored
  • 1/4 cup poppy seeds
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour or almond flour
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup for vegan option
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest freshly grated
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Method
 

Mix Ingredients
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, protein powder, poppy seeds, coconut flour, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
  2. Add the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
