Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
Season the cooked beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
Roll out each biscuit until about 1/4 inch thick. Place about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit.
Fold the edges of each biscuit around the filling, pinching them together at the top to form a ball. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Mix melted butter and minced garlic. Brush this mixture over the tops of each bomb.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
