Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Marinade
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons hot honey plus extra for drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Topping
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, hot honey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Bake the Chicken
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the marinated chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
Add Feta and Serve
  1. Remove the chicken from the oven and sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top.
  2. Drizzle with additional hot honey and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
