  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch for thickening
Vegetables
  • 1 cup bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 medium carrot sliced thinly
Cooking Essentials
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil for stir-frying
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil optional, for flavor

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and cornstarch until well combined.
  2. Add chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
Cook the Chicken
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the marinated chicken to the wok and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through and slightly caramelized.
Add Vegetables
  1. Add bell pepper, broccoli, snap peas, and carrot to the wok.
  2. Stir-fry for an additional 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender but still crisp.
Finish and Serve
  1. Drizzle sesame oil over the stir-fry and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Serve hot over rice or noodles if desired.
