Sauté the Vegetables

- Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add Chickpeas and Spices
- Stir in the drained chickpeas, harissa paste, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and flavors are combined.
Serve
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
