Ingredients
  

Hot Chocolate Base
  • 2 cups milk any type of milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream for creaminess
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder for rich chocolate flavor
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract for flavor
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt to enhance sweetness
Halloween Toppings
  • 1 cup whipped cream for topping
  • 1/4 cup chocolate sprinkles for decoration
  • 1/4 cup orange and black candy corn for festive touch
  • 4 pieces chocolate eyeballs for spooky effect

Method
 

Prepare the Hot Chocolate
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the milk, heavy cream, cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Whisk the mixture over medium heat until it is hot but not boiling, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Continue to whisk until the cocoa powder and sugar are fully dissolved.
Serve and Decorate
  1. Pour the hot chocolate into mugs.
  2. Top each mug with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
  3. Sprinkle chocolate sprinkles and add candy corn and chocolate eyeballs on top for decoration.
