Method
- Draw faces on your marshmallows using edible markers and set aside.
- Combine cocoa and sugar with water in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for about 40 seconds until warm.
- Pour in milk and vanilla extract, stir until well combined.
- Heat the mixture in the microwave for about 60 seconds until steaming hot.
- Pour into mugs and add whipped cream on top.
- Place the decorated marshmallow ghosts on top of the whipped cream.
- Enjoy your Halloween hot chocolate!
