Ingredients
  

Salad Base
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1 cup red onion thinly sliced
Meats and Cheeses
  • 4 oz salami sliced
  • 4 oz ham sliced
  • 4 oz provolone cheese sliced
Dressing
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Salad
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and sliced red onion.
  2. Add the sliced salami, ham, and provolone cheese to the bowl.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Combine and Serve
  1. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients.
  2. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes before serving.
