Prepare the Meatballs
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined, then form into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
Make the Tzatziki Sauce
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, dill, lemon juice, and salt.
- Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve
- Serve the turkey meatballs warm with tzatziki sauce on the side.
