Prepare the Chicken and Vegetables

- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken pieces, spinach, bell peppers, onion, and garlic.
Make the Sauce
- In a separate bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, olive oil, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Combine and Bake
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables, mixing well to coat everything evenly.

- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the top is golden.
