  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped for garnish

  3. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
Combine and Serve
  1. Add the cooked orzo to the skillet with the sauce and stir to combine, ensuring the orzo is well coated.
  2. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
