Ingredients
  

Sweet Potatoes
  • 4 medium Sweet Potatoes peeled and cubed
Garlic Butter Mixture
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter melted
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Sweet Potatoes
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and cube the sweet potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
Make the Garlic Butter
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Combine and Roast
  1. Place the cubed sweet potatoes on a baking sheet.
  2. Drizzle the garlic butter mixture over the sweet potatoes and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Spread the sweet potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and golden brown, stirring halfway through.
