Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 2 cups fresh peaches peeled, pitted, and diced
  • 1 cup tomato diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 medium jalapeño seeded and minced
Seasonings
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Dice the peaches, tomato, red onion, and jalapeño. Chop the cilantro.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all the diced fruits and vegetables.
Mix the Salsa
  1. Add lime juice, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
  2. Gently toss all ingredients together until well mixed.
Serve
  1. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or as a topping for grilled meats.
