Prepare the Meatballs
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, French onion soup, bread crumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix until well combined, then form into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the Meatballs
- Bake meatballs in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
Add Cheese
- Remove meatballs from the oven and sprinkle shredded Gruyère cheese on top.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
