Franks Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups chicken (leftover) diced, cooked
  • 2/3 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 stalk celery diced
  • 2 pieces green onions diced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the blue cheese dressing, sour cream, and softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the diced chicken, buffalo sauce, and garlic powder. Reserve half of this mixture for later.
  4. Fold half of the buffalo chicken mixture into the cream cheese mixture along with the diced celery, green onions, and half of both cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
  5. Spread the creamy chicken mixture into an 8x8 baking dish and top with the reserved buffalo chicken mixture and remaining cheeses.
  6. Bake for about 25 minutes or until heated through and the cheese is melted to perfection.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving warm with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
