Ingredients
  

Cream Cheese Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Mini Bell Peppers
  • 12 pieces mini bell peppers halved and seeded

Method
 

Prepare the Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, green onions, shredded cheddar cheese, everything bagel seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
  2. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Stuff the Peppers
  1. Take each mini bell pepper half and fill it generously with the cream cheese mixture using a spoon.
  2. Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet.
