Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup warm water about 110°F
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil plus more for drizzling
Topping
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt for sprinkling
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for drizzling

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Shape and Bake
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Once the dough has risen, punch it down and transfer it to a greased baking sheet.
  3. Stretch the dough into a rectangle, about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Make dimples in the dough with your fingers, then drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Sprinkle chopped rosemary, minced garlic, and sea salt over the top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing.
