Ingredients
  

  • 4 fillets salmon (skin-on)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Method
 

  1. Start by rinsing the salmon fillets under cold water. Pat them dry with paper towels to ensure they sear nicely in the skillet.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  4. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the hot skillet. Cook for about 4 minutes without moving them.
  5. Carefully flip the salmon fillets and brush half of the honey garlic glaze over the top. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until fully cooked through.
  6. Drizzle any remaining glaze over the salmon after cooking for extra flavor.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
