Start by rinsing the salmon fillets under cold water. Pat them dry with paper towels to ensure they sear nicely in the skillet.
In a medium-sized bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Whisk until smooth.
Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the hot skillet. Cook for about 4 minutes without moving them.
Carefully flip the salmon fillets and brush half of the honey garlic glaze over the top. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until fully cooked through.
Drizzle any remaining glaze over the salmon after cooking for extra flavor.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
