Method
 

Prepare the Potatoes
  1. Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Cut each potato into wedges, about 1 inch thick.
  2. Place the potato wedges in a mixing bowl.

  1. After 15 minutes, check the wedges for desired crispiness. Cook longer if needed.
