Ingredients
  

Lasagna Roll-Ups
  • 9 sheets lasagna noodles cooked and drained
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese whole milk
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese plus more for topping
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat lump or claw meat
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, shrimp, crab meat, beaten egg, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
  2. Spread a thin layer of the filling onto each lasagna noodle, then roll them up tightly.
Make the Alfredo Sauce
  1. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Stir in heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Bring to a gentle simmer, then whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
Assemble the Dish
  1. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  2. Place the lasagna roll-ups seam side down in the dish and cover with remaining Alfredo sauce and additional mozzarella cheese.
Bake
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the lasagna roll-ups for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh parsley.
