Prepare the Filling
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, shrimp, crab meat, beaten egg, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
- Spread a thin layer of the filling onto each lasagna noodle, then roll them up tightly.
Make the Alfredo Sauce
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Bring to a gentle simmer, then whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
Assemble the Dish
- Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place the lasagna roll-ups seam side down in the dish and cover with remaining Alfredo sauce and additional mozzarella cheese.
Bake
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the lasagna roll-ups for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh parsley.
