Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 1/4 cup pickle juice
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Whisk until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, chopped dill pickles, pickle juice, eggs, and milk. Whisk until well incorporated.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for about 50-60 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  7. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
