  • 2 pieces flatbreads store-bought or homemade
Toppings
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese sliced
  • 1 cup arugula fresh
  • 2 tbsp hot honey or to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes optional, for extra heat
  • 1 pinch salt to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Oven
  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
Assemble the Pizza
