  • 1 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup for vegan option
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method
 

Prepare the Salad
