Prepare Chicken
- In a mixing bowl, marinate the cooked chicken breast in buttermilk for at least 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the marinated chicken in the breadcrumb mixture until fully covered.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little oil. Fry the coated chicken until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes per side.
Assemble Sandwich
- Toast the ciabatta bread slices until golden brown.
- Spread Caesar dressing on the bottom half of each toasted ciabatta slice.
- Layer the chopped romaine lettuce, crispy chicken, sliced tomatoes, and grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Top with the other half of the ciabatta and press down gently. Cut in half and serve.
