Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce low sodium recommended
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
Make the Sauce
  1. In a bowl, mix together honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
Cook the Chicken
  1. Pour the honey mustard sauce over the chicken in the crockpot.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
Serve
  1. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix it with the sauce.
  2. Serve warm over rice or with vegetables.
