Ingredients
  

Chicken and Dairy
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken can use rotisserie chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or a blend of cheeses
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing or ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce adjust to taste
Optional Garnishes
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions for garnish
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Dip
  1. In a crock pot, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, blue cheese dressing, and buffalo sauce.
  2. Stir until well combined.
Cook the Dip
  1. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally until the dip is hot and bubbly.
Serve
  1. Once cooked, stir the dip and top with chopped green onions and crumbled blue cheese if desired.
  2. Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.

Notes
