Prepare the Muffin Batter

- In another bowl, mix buttermilk, melted butter, eggs, and orange zest until combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in cranberries.
Make the Streusel Topping
- In a small bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, cold butter, and cinnamon.
- Use a fork or your fingers to mix until crumbly.
Bake the Muffins
- Divide the muffin batter evenly into the prepared muffin tin.
- Sprinkle the streusel topping over each muffin.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
