- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Grease your muffin tin or use a silicone muffin tray.
- Blend the eggs, cottage cheese, shredded cheese, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
- Stir in finely chopped vegetables and optional proteins.
- Divide the egg mixture evenly into the prepared muffin cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until set and golden on top.
- Let them cool for about 5 minutes before removing from the tin.
