Prepare the Oven and Vegetables
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until the onion is translucent.
- Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
Mix the Ingredients
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, cottage cheese, milk, salt, pepper, and oregano until well combined.
- Stir in the sautéed vegetables and shredded cheese.
Bake the Quiche
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9-inch pie dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
