Method
Prepare the Oats
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, and chia seeds. Stir until well mixed.
- In a separate bowl, mix together brown sugar, vanilla extract, and peanut butter until smooth.
- Add the cookie dough mixture to the oats mixture and stir until fully combined.
Assemble and Refrigerate
- Divide the mixture evenly into four jars or containers.
- Top each jar with mini chocolate chips.
- Seal the jars and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
Serve
- In the morning, give the oats a good stir and enjoy cold or warm them up in the microwave for a few seconds.
