Ingredients
  

Oats Base
  • 2 cups rolled oats Old-fashioned oats work best.
  • 2 cups milk Any type of milk can be used.
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Plain or vanilla flavored.
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds Optional for added fiber.
Cookie Dough Flavoring
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar Packed.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Pure vanilla extract preferred.
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips Mini chocolate chips work well.
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter Creamy or crunchy.

Method
 

Prepare the Oats
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, and chia seeds. Stir until well mixed.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together brown sugar, vanilla extract, and peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Add the cookie dough mixture to the oats mixture and stir until fully combined.
Assemble and Refrigerate
  1. Divide the mixture evenly into four jars or containers.
  2. Top each jar with mini chocolate chips.
  3. Seal the jars and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
Serve
  1. In the morning, give the oats a good stir and enjoy cold or warm them up in the microwave for a few seconds.
