  • 5 cups Greek yogurt (full-fat, plain or vanilla)
  • 4 scoops chocolate protein powder approximately 2 to 3 tablespoons per scoop
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients: Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, unsweetened cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, and unsweetened cocoa powder.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and maple syrup, then whisk to combine everything smoothly.
  4. Continue whisking until all ingredients are well incorporated and there are no lumps remaining.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for about an hour to allow it to thicken.
  6. After chilling, stir the pudding gently before serving and add any desired toppings.
