Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
Filling
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream for folding
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips melted
Topping
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream for topping
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate shavings for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter for drizzling

Method
 

Prepare the Crust
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes until set. Let cool completely.
Make the Filling
  1. In a large bowl, beat together the peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream and melted chocolate chips until fully incorporated.
Assemble the Pie
  1. Pour the filling into the cooled crust and spread evenly.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
Serve the Pie
  1. Top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and a drizzle of peanut butter before serving.
