Ingredients
  

Vinaigrette Ingredients
  • 1 cup olive oil extra virgin preferred
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup for vegan option
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle peppers in adobo sauce finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Vinaigrette
  1. In a blender, combine the olive oil, red wine vinegar, honey, chipotle peppers, garlic powder, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and well combined, about 30 seconds.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more salt or honey as desired.
  4. Transfer the vinaigrette to a jar or container and refrigerate until ready to use.
