  • 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1.5 cups chopped cooked chicken grilled, fried, or rotisserie
  • 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup homemade croutons
  • Kosher salt to taste

  • 4 pieces flour tortillas 10-inch

Method
 

  1. Start by gathering all your ingredients.
  2. In a large bowl, toss together the romaine lettuce, cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Warm the tortillas gently in a pan or microwave to make them pliable.
