Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets fresh or frozen
  • 8 ounces penne pasta or any pasta of choice
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Method
 

Prepare the Pasta and Broccoli
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a pot of boiling water, blanch the broccoli florets for 2-3 minutes until bright green. Drain and set aside.
Make the Alfredo Mixture
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, blanched broccoli, cooked pasta, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
Assemble and Bake
  1. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly on top.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Serve
