Prepare the Pasta and Broccoli
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a pot of boiling water, blanch the broccoli florets for 2-3 minutes until bright green. Drain and set aside.
Make the Alfredo Mixture
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, blanched broccoli, cooked pasta, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
Assemble and Bake
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Serve
