Prepare the Filling
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water to the skillet. Stir to combine and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheddar and mozzarella cheese until melted.
Assemble the Taco Sticks
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the crescent roll dough on a baking sheet.
- Cut the dough into rectangles and place a spoonful of the beef mixture on each piece.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
Bake
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Serve
- Serve warm with sour cream and salsa on the side.
