Method
Cook the Beef
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
Add Cabbage and Sauce
- Stir in the chopped cabbage, diced tomatoes, beef broth, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender.
Serve
- Remove from heat and sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Cover for a few minutes until cheese is melted.
- Serve hot with a dollop of sour cream on top.
